Non alleno il corpo. I don’t train the body.

Alleno la persona. I shape the whole person.

Kinesis Code™ · Dal 2013 Kinesis Code™ · Since 2013

It's not lack of willpower.
It's what your body keeps telling you,
and that no one has ever taught you to hear.

The body speaks before the mind. I decode and rewrite it.

There is always a distance between who you believe you are and who you truly are. Between what you want to change and what you keep repeating. Between the person you imagine yourself to be and the one who shows up under pressure.

That distance doesn't live in your head, it lives in your body. It shows in the way you move, react, freeze; in the meeting you postpone, the decision you avoid, the body deciding before the mind does, because it does not wait for its permission.

That is where we begin. That is where everything changes.

You've been examined, trained, supported by professionals. But no one has ever looked at you as a whole person. You haven't found your real starting point yet, and if you have, you haven't been able to connect it to the rest and move forward.

01

Dai tutto ma non basta mai

You give everything but it's never enough

More discipline, more hours, more effort. And yet nothing shifts. The problem is not the quantity. It is that you are working against your own system without knowing it.

02

La testa non si ferma mai. Il corpo sì

The mind never stops. The body does

Ore in ufficio, riunioni, decisioni. Porti tutto sulle tue spalle, sempre.

Hours in the office, meetings, decisions. You carry everything, every day. At some point the body stops keeping pace and starts sending signals that you often don't notice. If they are not read and managed in time, they will inevitably push you off course. It is not weakness. It is your system asking to be understood and guided back.

03

Il prezzo che non vedi

The cost you don't see

The tension across your back, the shallow breath, the head that never rests. This is not stress to manage. It is your system that has stopped trusting you.

04

When the report says "fully resolved" but the body disagrees

The clinical path ends, the structure is healed. Yet the restriction still surfaces, hidden within a split second, through a compensation that no test or scan can capture.

No one has ever read that signal, simply because no one has the eye for it.

From that exact split second, I begin to decode.

05

L'ultima verifica prima delle scelte irreversibili

The final check before irreversible choices

Treating the local symptom is medicine's job. I read the whole body: where the compensation begins, which movement triggers it, which one hides it, how you move through space, how you react.

Each person carries a different movement code. I redirect the pattern the moment it surfaces: that is how I remove the system's need to protect itself, reopening the system to movement.

Before you have to consider irreversible choices, I shape a personalized, decoded action around you to discover exactly how far your body can really go.

I am a Kinesiologist BSc. I created Kinesis Code. Something that did not exist before.

For over 15 years I have worked with people's bodies. The mind is part of the body. More than most tend to think.

In 2013 I opened the first studio in Central Italy dedicated exclusively to individual training. Since then I have worked with hundreds of people: a senior executive from the international entertainment industry and Hollywood, athletes, entrepreneurs, managers, high-net-worth professionals from around the world, and guests of Tuscany's finest luxury resorts.

I don't deal in theory. I was my own first subject of study, and the hardest one. I overcame anxiety, chronic tachycardia and panic attacks on my own.

I know what it feels like when the body shuts down without warning: the knot in the stomach, the pressure rising in the chest, the breath that shortens, the legs that won't respond when the mind is screaming to go. The fear of falling apart. The fear of not making it.

Ho imparato a starci dentro, in quei momenti, senza fuggire.

And I know when the mind stops being your ally: when the body is ready and the mind holds it back. The body never lies, but it speaks a language that very few know how to listen to. I learned to stay inside those moments without running away. That is where the ability to truly see who I have in front of me comes from, and to walk with them through what they are living. The rest is years of real work and observation: I found the answers through the body, not in books.

The neuroscience came much later, and only confirmed what I had already lived through and resolved before I was twenty.

Ho creato Kinesis Code. Ho costruito lo studio. Con le mie stesse mani.

I created Kinesis Code. I built my studio. With my own hands.

I miei banchi di prova My proving grounds

I don't tell these stories as athletic achievements. I tell them because in each one the real work was never just physical: it was staying at the limit without exceeding it, reading every signal, managing the situation in my favour, even when it seemed impossible.

Whether it's a crisis in the meeting room or a body pushed to its limit, the synaptic circuit is similar. Those who learn to read these signals know where to start, in any context. I lived this in my own skin before teaching it. I shape the system around you.

These are some of my proving grounds.

Sparta · World Championship, 2017 Sparta · World Championship, 2017

Sparta. World Championship. Prima edizione.

Ho continuato a gestire, senza antidolorifici. So come far ripartire il corpo quando serve.

Le ho fatte entrambe. Altri 28 chilometri e oltre 50 ostacoli.

Before I ever set foot there, Sparta already felt like mine. Not only a race destination, but something ancient, more personal.

Four days before departure, training for the Italian Salsa Championship I'd go on to win, I inflamed my iliotibial band. The kind of injury that normally stops anyone. My shoe caught a gap in the floor mid-rotation, first injury of my life, four days before Sparta. Imagine the frustration I had to manage.

In those days I adjusted my preparation, managed the inflammation and worked on recovery, not to heal, but to reach the start line in the best possible condition. The question of whether to go was real. I went. Not because I was reckless, but because I knew this wasn't a competition for me. It was a proving ground, and legs alone won't carry you through. Before the movement, you have to build the person who performs it.

Sparta. World Championship, first edition. Three races, two days, 58 kilometres, over 80 obstacles, including the ascent of Mount Taygetos with steep elevation gain. The first 10 kilometres I ran at full capacity, the next 20 I pushed to the limit of what a knee locked in flexion would allow.

Running alongside me was a man who had competed at the Ironman World Championship in Kona, uninjured, same pace as mine. He asked if I was okay. "Just managing." Understatement of the century.

It wasn't about resistance or force. I read my body, my mind, and the situation together, calibrating every response in real time.

I managed all of it. I crossed the finish line. 22nd place out of 82 athletes in the competitive category, my first Beast, my first 30 kilometres of running, with a knee locked from halfway through.

That evening at the hotel I made it up the stairs holding the railing. Honestly, I didn't know if I would make it back to the start line the next morning. Two more races ahead. I kept managing it, no painkillers. When I need the body to move again, I know how.

The next day, I ran them both. Another 28 kilometres, over 50 obstacles, beyond endurance. Proof that the system holds even when it has already given everything, if you know how to lead it.

What this experience deepened was the understanding of myself down to the furthest reaches of my mind. I didn't discover it there. I already knew it.

Sparta simply showed how far you can go when you learn to manage instead of force.

Dolomiti · Trifecta, 2018 Dolomites · Trifecta, 2018

Bisogna sapere come fare.

The following year, another Trifecta weekend, but harder: Alleghe, in the Dolomites. It was the first edition of that race too, and no one knew what to expect. The Dolomites, whatever the context, were never going to be easy.

They weren't.

53 kilometres, 75 obstacles, 3,000 metres of total elevation gain, 1,800 in the Beast alone. Gradients steep enough to climb on all fours. 35°C in the sun at altitude, then the thermal shock of ice-cold rivers, chest-deep.

The body was already spent from the first trial, gruelling, full of brutal surprises. And as if that weren't enough, the mind was carrying the weight of a recent breakup, pulling from the emotional plane. Over 400 athletes withdrew due to injury and cramps. I didn't, but not for the reason you think.

Near the end of the second trial, with the body worn down by relentless temperature swings, punishing climbs and heat, the cramps came, for the first time in my life. A searing pain in the leg muscles, and they had no intention of restarting. I didn't wait. I worked to get the body moving again. But you have to know how. I managed that too, as I had done at Sparta.

Not because my body was stronger, or better trained as a runner. Running had always been secondary for me, something I hated until I found Spartan racing. I barely ran at all. Something else entirely.

Because what had carried me through was not luck. It was a system that held. And I would discover that again, in contexts that had nothing to do with running.

Sci · Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, 2025 Skiing · Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, 2025

Devi gestire, capire, adattarti in tempo reale.

Senza leggere i segnali c'è solo risposta automatica.

Ogni situazione porta con sé i suoi segnali. Chi impara a decifrarli impara a gestire qualsiasi contesto a proprio favore.

I have a genuine fear of cable cars: of stopping mid-air, of a breakdown, of feeling unwell up there with no way out. Skiing has always intimidated me, a sport where you can really get hurt.

At 37, I decided to learn to ski.

Not because I was ready. Because stepping into something you can't do well yet, that frightens you, it's the most honest proving ground that exists. You have to manage, understand, adapt in real time. You cannot fake it.

In five days, training six hours a day, I dismantled every block, piece by piece: the fear of steep descents, the speed that stiffens you and steals your breath, the moment when the body wants to hold back and the mind has to force it forward. I started with pizza, barely staying upright on a blue run. On day five I was skiing parallel down the Ciampac black slope, one of the most technical and exhilarating descents in the Dolomites. If I had let the autopilot take over, I would have been at the mountain hut eating canederli.

By the third month, with around 14 days total on skis, I took the cable car to the highest ski area in Europe, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, at 3,883 metres. A windy day. The cable car was large and there were just three of us inside. Below, a void that emptied the stomach. Acid reflux turning into heart palpitations, worse with the altitude. A headache. My legs wanting to get down, fast.

I did what I know: read the situation and manage it in my favour. Not luck. Not chance.

I didn't go to the top for the view, even if once up there it was breathtaking. I went because I had learned that fear must be accepted and faced. Otherwise it only grows. I went back up twice.

Fourteen months, 28 days on skis, from absolute zero to FISI Level 6. Every type of run. Every condition. Without reading the signals, there is only automatic response.

Every situation carries its own signals, and those who learn to decipher them learn to manage any context in their favour. It is a skill that is built, not a talent you are born with.

I lived this in my own skin. Now I bring it to those still searching for that connection.

"As an entrepreneur, I'm often "always at work," almost 24/7, ready to achieve success for my company and to meet customer needs. In my case, this has often led to relentless work and stressful situations in all aspects of life, resulting not only in weight gain and limited exercise, but also in often simply feeling very tired. Thanks to Roberto, I've learned not only how proper movement and good posture can make you much more resilient and healthy, but also that all of this can only be effective when combined with adequate rest and proper nutrition. As my training progressed, Roberto also made me realize that while always pushing for quality and perfection (in my work and personal life), I limit myself to known (successful) results, without taking too many risks, or rather, without confronting and challenging the underlying cause of "fear." I'm moving toward my next, ever-higher personal level, thanks to Roberto's excellent, ongoing, sincere, and professional support. If you manage to be disciplined, as I believe I am, and follow Roberto's classes, you'll realize that every time it's a gift to yourself. It reminds you that your body and mind are connected and can work together to their full potential only if you maintain a balance between the three most important things: proper exercise, good rest/nutrition, and mental balance."

"Roberto is a professional and serious trainer who can motivate you to achieve results and goals. He is more than only a trainer. He is a coach as well. He has an amazing knowledge of the working of the body, so he can also help when your body has an off day or a little injury. And last but not least, the training sessions are not only serious but also fun."
